Dennis Humphrey, PhD: The founder of Point Shift has led domestic, national, and international departments focused on training, learning, and development. As a certified Birkman consultant, Dr. humphrey has provided strategic personality assessments forsenior managers and executives across the United States. As a retired military officer and senior manager in industry, He is a Master Facilitator and a highly regarded motivational speaker. Dr. Humphrey has also partnered with organizations to design, develop, and deliver world-class development programs delivered as platform segments for live audiences, webinars for virtual teams, and self-paced learning for individual schedule requirements.

Using latest learning and behavioral theory coupled with ISD, we develop internal content to design a specifically customized program for your audience.
Point Shift principles and associates are expert at designing training programs (technical and non-technically oriented subject matter). Programs can be customized to partner expectations, organization culture, and internal competencies. Supervisory, managerial and executive development programs are crafted to include Point Shift 3_T model (Transformation, Translation, and Transaction). Each program is tailored to include L1, L2, and L3 evaluation strategies.
